Following data, as complete as possible, is needed in order to modify the personal profiles:

• Names (as complete as possible. Also the maiden name for women)
• Number of Table in the Family Registry ( T xxx) if you are already registered
• Date of Birth
• Date of Death
• Family name of your father and/or mother ( also maiden name of your mother)

For a new person in the Family Registry: (As complete as possible.At least the following data (think of you successors who may wish to read about the person after 100 years):

• All given names  ( and followed by the name the person uses e.g. “Charlie”)
• Family name (all in order: Family name at birth, later Family names, Married name/ names in the order used )
• Date of birth  and Place of birth
• Engagement, date and place
• Marriage, Date and Place
• Divorce, Date and Place

• Father-in-Law and mother-in-Law, Name, Date and Place of Birth (also Maiden Name)

• Title, profession etc.
• Date and Place of Death
• Short  (or long) List of Professional Carreer (think of you successors who want to read about the person after 100 years):)
• Children (same data as above)

• You are also welcome to send photos of/with thepersons to be linked to the Personal Data. (Please write the name ofthe person/s on the backside of the photo, or caption to the digitalpicture/s)
